This policy explains what data Regnum Tools (regnumtools.com) uses, how it uses it, where it is stored and how you can delete it. Regnum Tools is a free web tool for Champions of Regnum players: damage and mitigation calculators, power trainer, war status, boss schedules and statistics. Contact: [email protected].

- The whole site can be used without an account and without providing any data.
- Signing in with Discord or Google is optional and only lets you save your characters and calculations to your account.
- When you sign in we only receive your account ID, your name and your profile picture. Never your email or password.

1. If you use the site without signing in
We don't collect personal data. So the site can remember your preferences, they are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to our servers: language, last open tab, alert settings, boss times you marked and your character and calculation saves. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
When you save a character, its build (subclass, level and chosen powers) is sent anonymously, with no name, no account and no data about you, to calculate which powers each class picks. These builds cannot be linked to you.
When you share a Trainer setup, that setup is stored with a code so the link works, with no data about you.
To maintain the site and detect problems or abuse we keep an activity log: what action was taken (for example, sending a build or sharing a link), when, and the approximate country reported by Cloudflare. We don't store your IP address or anything that identifies you. The log is deleted after 90 days.
2. If you sign in with Discord or Google

We request the minimum permissions: identify on Discord and openid profile on Google. We don't access your email, password, contacts, Discord servers, files or any other data in your accounts, and we never post anything on your behalf.
3. Google user data
- What we access: only your Google account identifier, your name and the address of your profile picture (
openidandprofilescopes). - How we use it: only to create your Regnum Tools account, recognize you when you sign in again and show your name and picture on the site.
- Who we share it with: no one. It is only processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to run the service. We don't sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train artificial intelligence models, and no one reads it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
- Artificial intelligence: Regnum Tools does not use artificial intelligence to create images, and it does not use Google APIs or user data to generate content or to create, train or improve artificial intelligence models.
- How long: until you delete your account or unlink Google in "My account".
- Regnum Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Where data is stored and how it is protected
Account data is stored in a Cloudflare database (D1). All communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS). The session is kept in a cookie that page scripts cannot read, and the database only holds a hash of it, never the session itself. Only the site operator has access to the database.
5. Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts the site and database and may process technical data from each visit (such as the IP address) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. Its servers are located in several countries.
- Discord and Google are involved only when you choose to sign in with them; their own privacy policies apply.
- Google Fonts serves the main page's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google's servers when loading it.
6. Cookies
__Host-rt_sess: keeps you signed in. Lasts up to 60 days and is removed when you sign out.__Host-rt_oauth: protects the sign-in process against attacks. Lasts 10 minutes and only exists while you are signing in.
These are technical cookies required for signing in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. How long we keep data and how to delete it
Your account data is kept until you delete it. "My account" → "Delete account" instantly removes your account, sign-in methods, sessions, preferences and all your saves. You can also revoke Regnum Tools' access from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Discord (Settings → Authorized Apps).
8. Your rights
You can see your data in "My account" and delete it whenever you want. To request a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data, write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you are a minor, use it without signing in or with a parent's or guardian's permission.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated and important changes are announced on the site. If advertising is added in the future, this page will be updated first.
